All purchases should be made payable to Leonard Silver Ltd in Pounds Sterling. We accept all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Switch/ Maestro & Delta (not American Express), Cheques & Postal Orders. Cheques will be cleared before dispatching your purchase.
All orders are subject to acceptance & availability and we reserve the right to decline any order.
All items offered for sale is guaranteed new, authentic and branded by the label. We do not sell counterfeit products. All prices are in pounds sterling.
Once you have purchased an email will be sent to you acknowledging the details and a further email will be sent with dispatch confirmation and tracking number. We reserve the right not to accept an order if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, or an uncleared cheque.
All credit/debit card transactions are processed with secure online payment provider and certification.
We will only ship to a different address if we are happy the cardholder has authorised this but we reserve the right to decline any orders we feel are not secure.

All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT.
Deliveries will be despatched for all orders placed up to 3.00pm every day(subject to transaction authorisation by our card processing company) & will be sent via DPD LOCAL overnight transport or Royal Mail for next day delivery. Ireland and Northern Ireland may take 2-3 days.
Although we offer a next day delivery service to most areas of the UK mainland some remote areas may take a little longer and we can not always guarantee next day delivery as occasionally there may be unforeseen problems which may be out of our control.
Leonard Silver Ltd is responsible for ensuring your purchase until it is signed for by you at which point it becomes your responsibility.
Returns & Refunds are accepted and returns must be within 14 days of receipt of goods. This applies to online shopping only and does not relate to in-store purchases.

Refunds are credited less the P&P charge.
Refunds are issued only if the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, with original tags and labels attached and within 14 days of receipt. If anything is wrong with your purchase you must inform us immediately upon receipt, either by email or by telephone.
Any refund outside this timescale will be offered a credit note unless there are exceptional circumstances agreed by Leonard Silver Ltd.
